There is an amused hint to his gaze as he watches Jamil go in, following and closing the door behind them. He walks over and sits on his bed, then pats the spot next to him invitingly.]

Jamil sits down next to him, just shy of close enough to touch. He'll start with what he presumes to be the easiest.]

How are things with you and Ginger?

Very well. Ginger is a wonderful person, and a great Dom.

[Which... well. She just treats him as a regular person. And that's enough to be a great Dom in his books.]

Though, I'm... still adjusting to her energy. She's very affectionate. Which isn't a bad thing, it's just different from what I'm used to with housemates.

[He pulls out his phone.]

Brace yourself. It's... for lack of a better word, quite vulgar.

[After pulling up an app, he holds it so Riddle can flip his phone over when ready. When he does, it's Jamil - or... a version of him? Apparently, this app is showing a live feed of a clone.]

There's one of each of us.

[There's a blink and his expression quickly sobers at the words. His brow furrows at the warning, but, he nods takes a breath, and flips the phone...]

[.............. he's not sure what he was expecting, but Jamil wearing that definitely isn't it.

Jamil isn't fazed by the sight of himself in something like that, so he's focusing on Riddle's reactions. And how cute they are.]

The short version is that people watch these versions of us, these versions do things that potentially entertain those other people, and we get a small amount of money for that.

[It takes a great deal of willpower to tear his gaze from the phone, looking back to Jamil...

And then a little trapped noise escaping his throat because that image is still *very* vivid in his mind's eye.]

[He nods at the first question, and then he shakes his head at the next.]

No, it's different for each. It mostly depends on the sort of outfits that are requested by the viewers.

[That doesn't make it much better. There's a shiver that runs through his body, wondering exactly what kinds of people are watching them...

He moves to return the phone to Jamil.]

This city really is vile.

[He takes it back, and then offers Riddle a small, reassuring smile.]

It might be better to focus entirely on details such as the fact that you're getting a profit... Or you could try embracing it, in a way. I found doing that to be... challenging, at first, but very beneficial to my mental health.

[Jamil reaches out to lightly rest a hand on Riddle's head.]

I understand each culture has their own set of laws and values, but there's so much even I will tolerate.
