Character Name: Riddle Rosehearts
Series: Twisted Wonderland
Age: 16
From When?: Instead of surviving his Overblot fight, Riddle is killed at the end of it. Or perhaps his body simply couldn't survive the strain after reverting...
Inmate Justification: He is in a position of authority, while being a threat to the safety of others. For instance, when he Overblots, he very much intends to kill whoever's around him. Since Overblotting is technically something that can be prevented, that kind of puts him at even more fault here. His obsession with following rules, too, reaches a point of harming students under his care.
While Riddle has it in him to be compassionate and even empathetic, he lets the words and guidance of his mother influence everything about him.
Arrival: As he was too much in a state of denial over his own death, the Admiral had to yoink him.
Abilities/Powers: Magic, where he's from, is defined as: "... a natural physical phenomenon like gravity that manifests as a type of ambient energy."
Elemental; Flora, Water, Fire, Air, Ice, Light Cosmic, Dark Cosmic, etc. It's made clear that Riddle leans heaviest towards Fire, and that he mastered quite a bit of magic by the age of 10. Nerfed on the Barge.
Healing; cannot heal fatal injuries, all at once, but could manage a little at a time.
Magic Combat; Riddle's style is compared to a DPS fighter. He excels in dealing high amounts of damage rapidly, but he's notably frail and would go down easily when against a strong tank-type.
Are you ready for your sentence? The verdict comes afterwards. Any last words? Off With Your Head!
"Off with Your Head!" A heart-shaped collar appears and locks around the target's neck, sealing away any supernatural abilities, until Riddle chooses to remove it. While the spell may seem unbreakable, it can be countered by defensive/protective magic, or broken by a strong enough magic-user. While on the Barge, given this isn't an offensive spell, maybe it could be kept as a form of defense against anyone trying to kill or hurt him.
Horseback; he's very skilled when it comes to caring for and riding horses
Crossword Puzzles; he's very fast at them
Inmate Information: Riddle Rosehearts grew up in a very stifling household, with his mother being the overbearing and unreasonably strict type. His father is stated to be around very little, and it's said that his mother and father don't seem to get along. The marriage is clearly strained.
Riddle achieved exceptional magic checkpoints at the age of 10 years old, which is said to be practically unheard of. And so, as soon as he was accepted into Night Raven College, he made it his goal to become the Housewarden of his dorm (Heartslabyul). After challenging the current Housewarden, he won the magic duel, and became the new leader. After that, the dorm became quite the force to be reckoned with, in terms of academic capabilities. Students became terrified of earning Riddle's wrath, and much more diligent when it came to following the rules.
People refer to him as an outright tyrant, and not too many look at him with any kind of fondness in their hearts.
Despite the fact that he's following closely in his mother's footsteps, in becoming a terrifying ruler, there are a lot of things that Riddle wishes were different. He loves sweets, but he can't touch them without feeling any kind of disgust or guilt. He loves horseback riding, but there's no chance (or so he thinks) of him specializing in that field. Riddle wants friends, wants to be able to hang out with people without schoolwork or preparing for his future being involved, every step of the way. While it's said he's choosing to go into the field of law, it'd be easy to see that his mother likely had some influence over that decision, even if it was in the form of him wanting her to be not so disappointed.
Most of all, Riddle just wants to be loved, by both his mother and father. He wants his father to not be unable to be around so much, due to Riddle's mother. He wants his mother to tell him he's done a good job, just once. He wants her to not chase away and scare away all of his friends...
Path to Redemption: He needs to accept that his mother doesn't have to control his life and future quite so much. To become happy, to become free, he simply needs to step onto the path that would allow this. His mother's "guidance" and strict words indirectly leads to his actual death (according to TLV, at least), and so that could very well be the starting point for him to look at things differently.
Riddle giving into his desire for friendship and desire to have the occasional sweets would be the next best step, as accepting those things would open the door a little further, for change.
It will also aid him to, slowly, stop living such a regimented life, as this effectively locks him into what he believes he "should" be doing and makes it much more difficult for him to explore or indulge him what he actually wants.

Special Notes: Due to the point in which he was taken, Riddle is suffering from quite a bit of Blot Toxicity. Blot is a tar-like substance that accumulates rapidly within high-powered magic users. This is further amplified by extremely negative emotions, and usually crescendos, AKA "Overblot" happens in conjunction with/as a result of unusually stressful circumstances.
Riddle's pen is crowned with a Magestone, which acts as a buffer, storing Blot that would otherwise go directly to the user. Since he died during Overblot, I'd like to have him come in at about 50% Blot accumulation in his Magestone. While in the pen, it will fade naturally, given enough time and rest. It will still be imperative that he calms down, lest he experience another Overblot which could result in his death, thanks to how taxing it is on the body.
Additionally, while in the pen, the body is not affected by the toxicity of the Blot. However, since he reached his limit, prior to arrival, I'd like there to be some aftermath evidence. Perhaps Blot-stained tear streaks.
